STJB Lotto

The SJB Lotto is a chance to win money every week of the year! It is a great way to raise money for the church & school and give individuals a chance to win money as well. Only 1500 tickets are sold and $10,000 is given away! 

 

A total of $10,000 is given away each year!

  • $1000 winners on Christmas & Easter 

  • $500 winners on July 4th & Thanksgiving Day

  • $300 winners on January 1st, March 9th (Fr. Kemper’s Birthday), June 24 (Feast of St. John the Baptist), Labor Day, November 1st (All Saints Day), & December 31st

  • $100 winners each week

Winning ticket numbers will be listed in Jaguar Journal, Church Bulletin, & on the StJB Website. The selling family also get recognized! Each lotto ticket number is eligible for every drawing, even if drawn as winner.  

 

Lotto tickets are $20 each and can be obtained from the School Office, Parish Office, or by contacting Angie Land at 513-367-9086 x214 or aland@stjb.net. 

Spiritwear

The Jag Shop is the official store for any and all spiritwear needs. We offer a wide variety of items for school families and parishioners wanting to show off that they are ST. JOHN'S PROUD!

The Jag Shop is located in the school cafeteria and is open select days of the month throughout the school year. All profits made from the shop go back to benefit the school.

Amazon, Kroger and Remke Reward Programs

There are ways for you to spend no incremental money and help St. Johns.  Please see below how to sign up for Amazon Smile, Kroger Community Rewards, and Remke Caring Neighbor, all of which will provide needed funds to St. Johns when you make regular purchases from those three companies.  Thank you!

Amazon Smile

Go to smile.amazon.com  and find St. John the Baptist in Harrison, OH, Roman Catholic in the list of charities.  Then just go to smile.amazon.com instead of www.amazon.com  to make Amazon purchases and St. John’s will receive .5% of eligible purchases at no additional cost to you. Kroger Community Rewards

Check the bottom of your Kroger receipt to see if you are supporting St. John. If you have already signed up for Community Rewards and linked your Plus Card to SJB, you will see the following near the bottom of the receipt: “Kroger Community Rewards You requested Kroger to donate to St. John the Baptist (Harrison)”

If you do not see this message, simply go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com and enroll using your Kroger Plus card, and St. Johns will receive a percentage of your purchases! St. John the Baptist's Organization code for Kroger's Community Rewards Program is ER330. For more information on this program, go to https://www.kroger.com/i/community/community-rewards.

Remke Caring Neighbor

Login into your account at www.remkes.com and click on My Account and then scroll down the page to find the Caring Neighbor section. Select St. John the Baptist, Harrison. Remke pays up to 2% of your purchases. For more information on this program, go to https://www.remkes.com/rewards/caring-neighbor.
 

 

Scrips

SCRIPS is the fundraising program that works while you shop. 

 

How does it work? We purchase gift certificates from local businesses and Great Lakes Scrip Center at a discount. You purchase gift certificates from us at full face value for businesses you intend to patronize. When you shop, dine, buy groceries or gas, use your gift certificates instead of cash or a credit card. The difference between the face value and the discount becomes our revenue. By participating in SCRIP, you will insure the success of SCRIP and help generate needed funding for St. John’s. 

 

There are easy ways to participate: 

 

1. Link your Kroger or Remke loyalty program card to St. John:

Go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com and enroll using your Kroger Plus card, and St. John will receive a percentage of your purchases! St. John the Baptist's Organization code for Kroger's Community Rewards Program is ER330.

Go to https://www.remkes.com/rewards/caring-neighbor and link your account to St. John the Baptist, Harrison.

 

2. Stop by the Scrip Table in the breezeway after all weekend Masses to purchase gift certificates from our Inventory. If we don’t have what you’re looking for, we can order it and have it ready for you the next weekend!   (You can also send in an order request on Monday morning via the School Family Envelope.  We’ll fill your order and send it home in the School Family Envelope on Friday.)

 

What does it cost you? Nothing – you simply use the gift certificates for purchases you would make anyway! That’s the best part of SCRIPS!
